Some Police are Murderers

WARNING (3) 150px textGRAPHIC TRUTH 120px textCommentary:

I am posting these videos below not in the belief that all Police are murderers. But to show that some are and that the public always needs to know these things in an effort to provide checks and balances to do what we the people need to, to stop these murders by applying informed pressure on the system to truly serve the public good.

Being a Police officer is a dangerous job. This video just below is posted to show how dangerous it can be.

But the rest of the videos below show videos of why someone might do what you see in this first video.

All the videos below are just a few of the videos available online showing insane out of control vicious Police  officers murdering  unarmed people even shooting them in the back.

The Police system is not self regulated for the good of humanity. That is the problem too many Police are lawless since they think they are above the peoples common laws.

When is the Police going to realize that if the bad cops are not held accountable to the people for their misdeeds then eventually society will collapse when the public looses all respect for Police that have repeatedly shown they do not respect the peoples common laws.

The U.N. Agenda 21 is behind the total undermining of our society. You all need to wake up and learn about the Zionist Bankster N.W.O. of INSANITY.

The Zionists created the U.N. and have taken control of our governments and judicial systems and are actually condoning and promoting the destruction of our civilization by letting the murdering thug gang cops walk free to repeatedly do it again and again.

The N.W.O wants a civilian uprising so they can use that to bring in their full U.N. Agenda 21 police state and the INSANITY then will never be stopped since it is the innocent good people that are being deceived and attacked..

The dismantling of our free and just society is being socially engineered by the Zionist Satanic INSANE Banksters..

They have taken full control of our governments and our justice system. They have installed psychopaths into the Police and are protecting these criminal cops.

Good cops that dare to speak up are eliminated including staging their deaths by shooting them and making it appear like it was a real criminal on the street.

This is what happens to a society when you let them take control of the creation of money. They have had 100 years since the creation of the FED to bring about their INSANITY.

The Corporate criminals need to be taken out of our governments and need to be put in a FEMA extermination camp.

Corporatism, Zionism, Socialism, Communism are all one and the same.

The unrest is not happening fast enough for the NWO so they are staging false flag terrorism like 9-11, 7-11, 3-11, the failed 1-11, The Boston Bombing, Sandy Hook, The Moncton RCMP shootings and many more.

This is a world wide problem. The Banskters think they now own the whole planet because they bought it with fake money they created on a computer screen and they do not want to share this planet..

Sandy Bland Dash Cam Footage Released

Published on Jul 22, 2015

Sandy Bland was a young African-American woman who died in police custody after being arrested for a turn signal violation. New footage has now been released showing the lead up to her arrest. Cenk Uygur, host of The Young Turks, breaks it down. Tell us what you think in the comment section below.

“The video of Sandra Bland’s arrest, shot from the dashboard camera inside a police cruiser, shows a contentious confrontation between the officer and the woman who died three days later in a Texas jail cell.

In the video of the July 10 incident, released by the Texas Department of Public Safety on Tuesday afternoon, Bland and Texas State Trooper Brian T. Encinia engage in an argument that escalates until Bland is forcefully arrested and charged on suspicion of assaulting a public servant.”*

Killing Police Officers Comes Easy When They Take Away My Baby

Published on May 4, 2013

To be fair to the cops that try and kidnap my children, after I kill you I will find and kill your entire family. To the doctor and nurses that prevent me from leaving a hospital with my child, I will put a bullet in your head. As far as I know there’s no law in my state that says I have to have permission to leave a hospital.

Know your rights when talking to a police officer: There’s no law that requires you to talk to a police officer.

If you feel you have been abused by the police, you may learn how to file a police complaint here:

SACRAMENTO, CA – A Sacramento family was torn apart after a 5-month-old baby boy was taken from his parents following a visit to the doctor.

The young couple thought their problems were behind them after their son had a scare at the hospital, but once they got home their problems got even worse.

It all began nearly two weeks ago, when Anna Nikolayev and her husband Alex took their 5-month-old boy Sammy to Sutter Memorial Hospital to be treated for flu symptoms, but they didn’t like the care Sammy was getting.

UPDATE: Couple still unclear why CPS took their baby

For example, one day Anna asked why a nurse was giving her son antibiotics.

“I asked her, for what is that? And she’s like, ‘I don’t know.’ I’m like, ‘you’re working as a nurse, and you don’t even know what to give to my baby for what,'” Anna explained.

According to Anna, a doctor later said Sammy shouldn’t have been on the antibiotics.

Anna said Sammy suffers from a heart murmur and had been seeing a doctor at Sutter for regular treatment since he was born. After Sammy was treated for flu symptoms last week, doctors at Sutter admitted him to the pediatric ICU to monitor his condition. After a few days, Anna said doctors began talking about heart surgery.

“If we got the one mistake after another, I don’t want to have my baby have surgery in the hospital where I don’t feel safe,” Anna said.

Anna argued with doctors about getting a second opinion. Without a proper discharge, she finally took Sammy out of the hospital to get a second opinion at Kaiser Permanente.

“The police showed up there. They saw that the baby was fine,” Anna said. “They told us that Sutter was telling them so much bad stuff that they thought that this baby is dying on our arms.”

Medical records from the doctor treating Sammy at Kaiser Permanente said the baby as clinically safe to go home with his parents. The doctor added, “I do not have concern for the safety of the child at home with his parents.”

“So police saw the report from the doctors, said, ‘okay guys, you have a good day,’ and they walked away,” Anna said.

Anna said the next day police and child protective services showed up on her doorstep. Alex Nikolayev said he met them outside a short time after they arrived.

“I was pushed against the building, smacked down. I said, ‘am I being placed under arrest?’ He smacked me down onto the ground, yelled out, ‘I think I got the keys to the house,'” Alex said.

Then police let themselves inside.

On home video shot with a camera Anna set up herself, police can be seen entering her front door on Wednesday.

“I’m going to grab your baby, and don’t resist, and don’t fight me ok?” a Sacramento police officer said in the video.

“He’s like, ‘okay let your son go,’ so I had to let him go, and he grabbed my arm, so I couldn’t take Sammy. And they took Sammy, and they just walked away,” Anna said.

When News10 spoke with police, they said talk to CPS; CPS did not say much about the case. Just before 6 p.m. Thursday, Anna said that a CPS social worker told her, the reason they took Sammy is because of severe neglect; however, the social worker didn’t elaborate on that neglect.

MORE: How does CPS decide when to remove a child from his parents?

Sutter Memorial was asked to comment on the story, but the hospital said the case was with CPS and law enforcement and they would have to comment on the case. CPS said they can’t specifically comment on this case because of privacy law, but CPS spokesperson Laura McCasland said, “We conduct a risk assessment of the child’s safety and rely heavily on the direction of health care providers.”

“It seems like parents have no right whatsoever,” Alex said.

“We did everything,” Anna said. “We went from one hospital to another. We just wanted to be safe, that he is in good hands.”

The Chokehold Death of Eric Garner By NYPD in Staten Island, NY

Cops who put man in fatal chokehold pulled from streets

A plainclothes NYPD cop violated department protocol by using a chokehold while handcuffing a Staten Island man who died following the arrest, Mayor de Blasio and Police Commissioner Bill Bratton said Friday.

That officer and another cop who arrested Eric Garner, 43, were both placed on desk duty following the controversial Thursday arrest, Bratton said at a press conference.

“The two officers who were engaged in the arrest of the deceased – one is an eight year veteran and the other is a four-year veteran – both officers have been assigned to desk duty pending the investigation,” Bratton said.

“There’s a very high chance that the officer who put him in a chokehold would lose his job,” said a law-enforcement source who is familiar with the investigation.

“It violates protocol. It violates a direct rule which is never to put somebody in a chokehold.”

The Staten Island District Attorney and NYPD Internal Affairs are investigating the arrest.

Police said they handcuffed the 350-pound Garner in Tompkinsville at about 3:30 p.m. yesterday because he was selling untaxed cigarettes, but witnesses told the Post that Garner was not peddling smokes and had tried to break up a fight between two people who ran off before cops arrived.

Garner died of a heart attack as an ambulance took him to Richmond University Medical Center, cops said.

Mayor de Blasio said it was too early to jump to conclusions but did say a video of the arrest was disturbing.

“It was very troubling. I watched it the same way a family member would watch it, and it was very sad to watch it,” Hizzoner said.

Update on Inquiry into Death of Greg Matters

The report by the Independent Investigations Office (IIO) into the death of retired solider Greg Matters’ who was shot by RCMP outside of Prince George left out a key detail,

namely that he was shot in the back and not the chest.

The BCCLA along with Justice for Girls and Pivot Legal Society called for a third party review of this investigation.

We are encouraged that the IIO has appointed a civilian monitor to review its investigation into the Matters case. We think that this is the right step to take to keep public confidence in the IIO.

BCCLA reacts to Independent Investigations Office appointing civilian review of Matters case

Posted on June 16, 2014

VANCOUVER – Josh Paterson, Executive Director of the BC Civil Liberties Association, reacted this afternoon to the appointment of a civilian monitor to review its investigation of the shooting death of Gregory Matters by RCMP in Prince George:

“In October of last year, the BCCLA, Pivot and Justice for Girls called on the IIO to appoint an independent review of its investigation into the Matters case.

We did this because the IIO’s public report into the circumstances of Mr. Matters’ death left out description of a key detail, revealed in evidence at a coroner’s inquest, that he had been shot in the back, not the chest, by the RCMP. We asked for the review in order to ensure the highest public confidence in the IIO.”

“Last Friday, the IIO released a revised public report into Mr. Matters’ death explaining the discrepancy as an issue of terminology, and saying they would take measures to improve their descriptions in future. The Chief Civilian Director also said that he would not appoint a civilian monitor.

We are surprised and encouraged that, a few days later, the IIO has reversed its decision and has appointed a civilian reviewer of its work in the Matters case.”

“We think that this is the right step to take to keep public confidence in the IIO. If mistakes were made, the independent monitor will be able to review them, understand them, and report on them to the IIO. We hope that this will help the IIO in its commitment to achieving the highest possible investigative standards.

We also say that the civilian monitor’s report needs to be made public, so that the affected family, the police, stakeholders and the public will be able to understand what happened in this case, and what if any measures need to be taken to improve investigations in the future.”

Activists demand comprehensive federal data on Americans killed by police

In the wake of Michael Brown’s death, researchers say they can’t find crucial data on police killings

Activists who mobilized after the shooting death of unarmed black teenager Michael Brown said Wednesday they have collected 200,000 signatures backing their demand that federal agencies address a nationwide trend of police violence with major reforms — including the collection and release of comprehensive data on how many Americans are killed by law enforcement officers each year.

Activists demand comprehensive federal data on Americans killed by police

In the aftermath of Brown’s Aug. 9 death following what police say was an altercation with an officer in Ferguson, Missouri, rights groups and researchers have complained of a startling lack of official national figures on police killings.

A coalition of activists said they were set to deliver the signatures and demands to the White House, Department of Homeland Security and Department of Justice on Wednesday — which they have declared a “national day of action” against police brutality and alleged racial discrimination in law enforcement.

Protesters in cities across the United States planned to use the day to call for justice for victims of police violence, said Matt Nelson, organizing director for Color of Change, a group that says it works to strengthen black America’s political voice.

“Police targeting of primarily black and brown youth and adults has been elevated to the level of a national crisis, a civil and human rights crisis,” Nelson said. “Color of Change believes that the government needs to step in and take the necessary leadership to make sure peoples’ rights and lives are protected in encounters with police.”

Wednesday’s events included one in New York City related to the July choke-hold killing of Eric Garner. In Ohio activists were calling for justice for John Crawford, a black man killed for holding an air gun in a Walmart where the gun was for sale. And in Ferguson, demonstrators planned to call for Darren Wilson, the police officer who killed Brown, to be held accountable for the shooting.

Brown’s death sparked weeks of racially charged protests, and elevated to national debate the issues of discriminatory policing — which refers to law enforcement targeting individuals based on factors including race, religion, or age — and whether minorities are more often killed by police officers.

But activists and researchers say the way the FBI collects data under its Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) Program makes it impossible to know exactly how many Americans are killed by law enforcement officials each year. Local and state departments only report such information on a voluntary basis, according to an emailed statement from FBI Relief Media Liaison Billy Estok.

The FBI only categorizes what it terms an “officer-involved homicide” differently from other homicides if a policeman killed a felon in the line of duty, in which case the FBI classifies it as a “justifiable homicide.” The FBI’s existing database does not include information on every incident of someone being killed by law enforcement, nor data beyond a count of justifiable homicides — which in 2012 amounted to 410, Estok said.

Activists have called on federal agencies to create a national public database of police shootings, use of excessive force, misconduct complaints, arrests and more — all broken down by race and other demographic factors, Nelson told Al Jazeera.

Other demands include a fully resourced DOJ investigation into discriminatory policing and excessive force, an end to federal grants that encourage police militarization, and an executive order to form an enforceable prohibition on police brutality and discriminatory practices.

“This brings together cries for local justice (in Ferguson) with pressure to federal agencies to move on the concrete reforms necessary for policing nationwide,” Nelson said.

number of publications have reported on the lack of comprehensive national data on police killings, echoing Color of Change’s complaints of incomplete information.

ProPublica news website writer Ryan Gabrielson — whose recent article, “Deadly force, in black and white,” delved into the lack of available information — said he had known from previous research that certain data sets on the topic “weren’t that good.”

“But then we had a crash course in how incomplete the data is,” he said. “Every data set has its problems and weaknesses, but these are particularly pronounced and it seems like something we should record more accurately.”

Another journalist, D. Brian Burghart of Reno News and Review, decided to create his own database through a website he created, called Fatal Encounters. It allows individuals to make public records requests in their own areas and send the information to the website — effectively crowd-sourcing the data.

“I just couldn’t believe that this information didn’t exist — not just for journalists — but for the public,” Burghart  said.

Gabrielson said he and other ProPublica reporters gathered 33 years’ worth of supplementary homicide data from the FBI and poured over it for weeks to look for trends and identify what information was missing.

He said there were “plenty” of holes, with some states, such as Florida, not reporting data on officer-involved homicides to the FBI for almost 20 years. Of more than 17,000 law enforcement agencies in the U.S., Burghart said his research indicated that only about 1,000 contribute data on officer-involved homicides.

“Some states/agencies do not report justifiable homicide data … some justifiable homicide data are missing such as the entire states of New York and Florida,” while “only two agencies, Chicago and Rockford, report justifiable homicide data in Illinois,” Estok of the FBI said in an email.

Gabrielson and his team decided to turn the numbers that were available into rates and ratios, which he said could expose trends in police violence. They found that black males between the ages of 15 and 19 were 21 times more likely to be killed by a police officer than white males in the same age group.

“It blew us away,” Gabrielson said, noting that this rate had a margin of error because of the scant reporting available — but he said it was still clear that black teenage males were at significantly higher risk than any other demographic.

Burghart said he also reached some startling conclusions based on data he has compiled on Fatal Encounters. In states for which he had comprehensive data, the percentage of homicides carried out by law enforcement officers was 7.4 percent. His findings echo a recent report by the Youth Justice Coalition, a California-based organization working to reform Los Angeles’ juvenile justice system. It found that the percentage of homicides carried out by police in Los Angeles county more than doubled from 3 to 7 percent between 2000 and 2014.

“That’s an incredible number that should be national news by itself,” Burghart said. “There’s more police homicides than gang homicides.”

The FBI’s most recent general homicide data shows that law enforcement agencies reported 720 incidents in which Americans were killed by police in 2012 — but that figure does not include officer-involved homicides that were not voluntarily reported. By contrast, in the past two years German police have killed a total of eight people and British police have killed none.

“The tragic shooting of Michael Brown has touched the hearts of many … and has activated and energized a new generation of leaders who are saying ‘Enough is enough,’” Nelson said. “In addition to the constant threat and fear about losing their child to it — it could be an unjust stop and frisk or arrest that quickly turns violent and deadly — that’s some of the motivation behind what we’re doing.”

Cops Jam Sharp Object Down Teens Throat, Killing Him

“The mother of a 17-year-old boy has filed a federal lawsuit against the Huntsville Police Department claiming that officers killed the boy by tackling him to the ground, breaking his ribs, pepper-spraying him, and shoving a sharp object down his throat.

In March, the boy’s mother, Nancy Smith, filed the claim for assault and battery, wrongful death and excessive force.

The young man, whose first name is not mentioned in the lawsuit, was allegedly set up in a drug bust. When plainclothes officers — who did not identify themselves as officers — approached Smith, he fled.”* The Young Turks hosts Cenk Uygur and Ana Kasparian break it down.

F.B.I. arrested four East Haven Police Department officers

Uploaded on Feb 5, 2012

– (jump to 0:33 to skip our intro). Federal Bureau of Investigation agents arrested four East Haven Police Department officers early Tuesday morning after they were indicted for systematic mistreatment of Latino residents.

The indictment accuses the four officers, including one sergeant, of over 30 “overt acts” in a conspiracy against Latinos, and the charges levelled against them include three counts of excessive force, three counts of false arrest, three counts of obstruction of justice and four counts of conspiracy against rights.

Tuesday’s arrests came after a three-year investigation by the United States Department of Justice, which documented what Janice Fedarcyk, assistant director-in-charge of the FBI’s New York office, called a “four-year pattern of egregious behaviour.”

“The four police officers charged today allegedly formed a cancerous cadre that routinely deprived East Haven residents of their civil rights,” Fedarcyk said at a Bridgeport press conference on Jan. 24 following the arrests.

“The public should not need protection from those sworn to protect and serve. In simple terms, these defendants behaved like bullies with badges.”

Ian Tomlinson, a homeless newspaper salesman, collapsed and died on the edges of the demonstrations against the G-20 meeting.

A pathologist initially ruled that the death was consistent with natural causes, but video showed Tomlinson being shoved to the ground by a riot gear-clad officer.

Other pathologists ruled that his death could have been the result of his confrontation with police.

Stockton Police Should be Charged for Hostage’s Death

Stockton police got to use their new militarized toys, which helped lead to the death of multiple hostages. Do you think they should be held responsible? – #Barnabas

Justin King | The Anti-Media

The country has been hotly debating the topic of militarization of local law enforcement, and it has its first case study. Bank robbers take three hostages and flee the scene of the crime.

Law enforcement provides a massive response, including an armored vehicle. An intense gun battle follows, the prized armored vehicle is disabled, and all of the hostages are shot. Thumbnail credit:

As has been repeatedly pointed out, when departments adopt a militarized stance, they begin to adopt military concepts. One of those concepts is “acceptable losses.”

While the officers that violated every rule of hostage situations may have viewed the customers and employees of the bank as expendable, it is a certainty that their families don’t share that viewpoint. The officers that returned fire on a vehicle with hostages should be held criminally responsible for the results of their actions.

When a criminal or terrorist takes a hostage, they are trying to avoid capture and are banking on the fact that law enforcement will act as public servants.

Stockton Police officers were not acting in good faith when they continued a high-speed chase and returned fire. It was not in the interest of justice or public safety.

In a hostage situation the goal of law enforcement is to diffuse the situation, not escalate it. According to standard doctrine, law enforcement should stay just close enough to maintain visible contact with the suspects during a mobile hostage crisis.

A helicopter, even a news helicopter, can be used to maintain a visual on the suspect until the suspect stops or can be forced to stop.

Then the perimeter is formed and negotiations begin. Scouring Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for law enforcement agencies that could be found online, there is not a single instance of an SOP that allows officers to open fire on a moving vehicle in which hostages may be present.

After reviewing the available information, this journalist could not find a single instance during this incident in which the officers acted in the public’s best interest or within any known SOP.

Even the slain hostage’s family members know the police are responsible.

“They had plenty of opportunities to stop it because they were going into Stockton this way and that. They had plenty of time to lay down  tracks (spike strips) and whoever the dispatcher was… didn’t want to lay down the tracks. They wanted to wait until SWAT (could arrive).”

In fact, the officers were so ill-trained in hostage situations, that they were unable to read the clear signal of a hostage being dumped from the moving vehicle as a sign to back off. Even after it happened a second time, the officers still pursued hostage-takers firing wildly at the vehicle.

At no time did the safety of the hostages seem to be a concern. At the very least, this is criminal negligence.

According to Shouse California Law Group, in order to convict someone in California of criminal negligence a prosecutor will need to prove three things:

  • that the defendant acted so recklessly that he/she created a high risk of death or great bodily injury,
  • that the act(s) demonstrated a disregard for human life or indifference to the consequences, and
  • that a reasonable person in a similar situation would have known that the act(s) naturally and probably results in harm to other people.

This is an open and shut case for any prosecutor. No person concerned with life would open fire on a car containing just as many hostages as suspects.

If a bullet from one of the officers struck the deceased hostage, that officer should be charged with involuntary manslaughter, at a minimum. The same law group states that

Involuntary manslaughter in California occurs when one person kills another unintentionally, either

  1. while committing a crime that is not an inherently dangerous California felony, OR
  2. while committing a lawful act which might produce death, without due caution.

These are the minimum charges that should be leveled. These officers could have saved everyone a lot of time if they had just rammed the vehicle off the road, dragged the hostages and robbers from the vehicle, and executed all of them on the side of the road. The amount of care shown for the life of the hostages would be the same.

Here is some raw footage of the hostage situation recorded in Stockton on 7/16/14:

Americans need to take notice of this incident. Militarized police and armored vehicles don’t save lives, and they don’t make the streets safer. They create a violent police force. They kill civilians. They kill a mother whose child is waiting in the bank parking lot.

Author’s note: I often place myself in dangerous situations when meeting and interviewing “criminal” elements within society. I beg my readers to remember that if I am ever taken hostage, please just round up the nearest homeless veterans, give them a bottle of Jack Daniels and a couple of rifles, and send them out to rescue me. I’d rather take my chances with them than a police department that would open fire on hostages.

Canadian Police fatally shoot and kill knife-wielding teen on bus July 2013

Published on Jul 29, 2013

TORONTO, Canada — The Toronto police shooting of an 18-year-old wielding a knife on an empty streetcar has left a family shattered and renewed questions about police procedure in “crisis” situations.

Sammy Yatim died of a gunshot wound in hospital after officers fired at least nine shots into the streetcar early Saturday.

New witness video shows Yatim standing alone near the front of the TTC vehicle, brandishing a small knife, before police open fire.

His family and community are now demanding answers about why officers felt the lone teenager posed such a threat. A vigil will be held at the scene Monday evening to protest against police violence.

“We are in very, very difficult times,” said Yatim’s father, Nabil, his eyes bloodshot. “He was an average kid, loved by his friends. Now you have totally different versions coming out.”

The Special Investigation Unit is probing the shooting, which took place Saturday just after midnight on a Dundas streetcar near Grace St. Witnesses said Yatim held up a three-inch knife and ordered everyone off the car.

In the witness video, Yatim can be seen standing near the front of the car as police shout, “Drop your weapon!” and “Don’t move!”

When Yatim appears to move, officers fire three shots. After several seconds, officers fire six additional shots.

Officers can still be heard yelling, “Drop the knife!” after the shots are fired. About 20 seconds later, an officer climbs up the streetcar stairs and the sound of a Taser can be heard.

The teen was rushed to St. Michael’s Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

As the SIU remained silent on Sunday, family and friends tried desperately to make sense of the death. His uncle, Mejad “Jim” Yatim, said his nephew had been adjusting to Canadian life after emigrating from Syria five years ago.

Toronto Cop Charged with Murder: But Don’t Hold Your Breath

A Toronto police officer has been charged with second-degree murder in the death of Sammy Yatim, the 18-year-old shot and killed in a streetcar last month.

A statement issued Monday from Ontario’s Special Investigations Unit — the province’s police watchdog — says the actions of Const. James Forcillo in the downtown Toronto incident this summer justify a charge of second-degree murder.

Canada: Mentally ill man crawling when killed by Vancouver officer’s shot

Published on May 29, 2012

New video of a fatal shooting by a Vancouver police officer nearly five years ago is provoking calls to reopen the investigation into whether it was justified.

The video shows the last moments of Paul Boyd, a 39-year-old mentally ill animator, who died after an altercation with Vancouver police in August 2007.

Boyd can be seen on his hands and knees on Granville Street, moving toward Const. Lee Chipperfield, who is pointing a gun.

The view is briefly obscured when Boyd crawls in front of a car, and Chipperfield fires the last of nine shots at him. The fatal bullet struck Boyd in the head.

The disturbing video is the only one known to be recorded of the incident.

It was captured by Andreas Bergen, a tourist from Winnipeg, who was visiting Vancouver with friends. At the time, Bergen didn’t think his shaky, dimly lit video was valuable because there were dozens of witnesses closer to the scene than he was.

But in March of this year, B.C.’s police complaint commissioner issued a report, concluding there wasn’t “clear, convincing and cogent evidence … that Chipperfield used unnecessary force or excessive force during his incident.”

Bergen said he read an account of the decision and became concerned.

“I kind of felt guilty,” Bergen told CBC News, “[Because] I have the tape and I think the tape will help to resolve some of that confusion. I don’t think it was necessary to shoot Paul. Especially not eight times. And especially not in the head.”

LAPD Shoot and Kill Homeless Man (March 1st – HD Raw and Uncut)

Published on Mar 1, 2015

This is Los Angeles Police Department officers shooting a homeless man during a dramatic struggle. This may not suitable for some viewers.

The video begins with a cluster of officers, seven in total, fighting with the man on the sidewalk.

Two squad cars can be seen in the camera’s view and the area of town appears to be a central hub for the homeless. Tarps line the street and other people are milling around in the background of the scene.

As the officers are struggling with the man, a woman is seen holding a stick or a rod to square up to swing it. At that point, two officers move towards her and throw her on the ground and handcuff her.

As an officer and the man go to the ground, the officer yells to another, “give me my stick.”

But the struggle continues and the officer can be heard saying several times, “he’s going for my gun.”

Five shots ring out as the officers back away and hold their weapons on the motionless man. It is unclear if the same officer fired all of the shots or if other officers began firing after the initial shot.

After the shooting, a crowd gathered behind the cameraman grows agitated.

“Y’all guys killed that man,” the man filming the incident is heard saying. The video was uploaded to Facebook by a man named Anthony Blackburn. The caption on the entry is “Homeless man just killed by police minutes ago downtown L.A.”

“And there’s nine motherfucking police out there,” he said. “Ain’t nobody got no fucking guns.”

The full details of the shooting are not yet clear.

TheDC has not confirmed whether the shooting did indeed occur on Sunday, though other traffic on social media suggests that it did. It is also not certain that the man died as a result of the shooting.

Towards the end of the video, the officers begin to secure the scene. The officer who had been on top of the man moves towards people in the crowd, many of whom are filming.

The man behind the camera identifies the officer, who is black, and says “that’s the one that killed him right there” before barraging him with other insults.

The homeless man’s race cannot be determined from the video.

A video showing the last moments of a Polish immigrant, who died after Canadian police shot him with a stun gun at Vancouver International Airport, has been made public.
This image from video shows an agitated Robert Dziekanski, left, before police used a stun gun on him.
Robert Dziekanski, 40, was traveling to join his mother, who lives in British Columbia, when he ended up spending about 10 hours in the airport’s arrivals area, The Canadian Press said.
The video shows Dziekanski, who had never flown before, becoming agitated. It then shows Mounties purportedly shocking Robert Dziekanski with a Taser device after confronting him. Dziekanski did not speak English.
The recording was captured by bystander Paul Pritchard on October 14 and was in police hands until he threatened legal action and it was returned to him last week, The Canadian Press reported.
“Probably the most disturbing part is one of the officers uses his leg and his knee to pin his neck and his head to the ground,” Pritchard told CBC News.
The dead man’s mother, Zofia Cisowski, told CBC News that Tasers should not be used by police.
“They should do something because that is a killer, a people killer.”

The incident is being investigated by police, Canada’s national police complaints commission and by the coroner, CBC News

Col Russell Williams ; An Officer & Murderer (Documentary) “Gang and Crime Stori

Published on Jun 17, 2013

Published on Jul 15, 2014

David Russell Williams (born March 7, 1963) is a convicted murderer, rapist, and former Colonel in the Canadian Forces. From July 2009 to his arrest in February 2010, he commanded CFB Trenton, a hub for air transport operations in Canada and abroad and the country’s largest and busiest military airbase.

Williams was also a decorated military pilot who had flown Canadian Forces VIP aircraft for dignitaries such as Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Philip, and the Governor General and Prime Minister of Canada.

On February 8, 2010, he was relieved as the base commander at CFB Trenton due to criminal charges. He was formally charged by the Ontario Provincial Police, pursuant to the Criminal Code of Canada, with two counts of first-degree murder, two counts of forcible confinement, two counts of breaking and entering, and sexual assault; another 82 charges relating to breaking and entering were later added. On October 21, 2010, Williams was sentenced to two life sentences for first-degree murder, two 10-year sentences for other sexual assaults, two 10-year sentences for forcible confinement, and 82 one-year sentences for breaking and entering, all to be served concurrently.

The life sentences mean Williams will serve a minimum of 25 years before parole eligibility. Since he has been convicted of multiple murders, Williams is not eligible for early parole under the so-called “faint hope clause” of the Canadian Criminal Code.

On October 22, 2010, Williams was stripped of his commission, ranks, and awards by the Governor General of Canada on the recommendation of the Chief of the Defence Staff. His severance pay was terminated and the salary he received following his arrest was seized, although he is still entitled to a pension.

Subsequent to his conviction, his uniform was burned, his medals were destroyed and his vehicle crushed and scrapped. He was serving his sentence at Kingston Penitentiary, in the prison’s segregation unit. The prison has since been closed and he has been relocated to a prison in Quebec.

Court proceedings and trial

Williams appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville, Ontario via video link from the Quinte Detention Centre on July 22, 2010, where his next court appearance was set for August 26. Again via video link, Williams waived his right to a preliminary inquiry and thus had his next appearance scheduled at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice for October 7, 2010. Williams’ lawyer stated then that his client would plead guilty to all charges filed against him.

On October 18, 2010, Williams pleaded guilty to all charges. On the first day of Williams’ trial and guilty plea, details emerged of other sexual assaults he committed, including that of a new mother who was wakened with a blow to the head while she and her baby were asleep in her house.

The first day of trial revealed that Williams also had pedophiliac tendencies, stealing underwear of girls as young as nine years old. He made 82 fetish-related home invasions and attempted break-ins between September 2007 and November 2009.

Williams had progressed from break-ins to sexual assaults with no penetration to rape and murder. He had kept detailed track of police reports of the crimes he was committing, logged his crimes, kept photos and videos, and had even left notes and messages for his victims.

In a break-in into the bedroom of a 12-year-old, he left a message in her computer saying: “Merci” (“Thank you” in French). He had taken thousands of pictures of his crimes, and had kept the photos on his computer.

Crown Attorney Robert Morrison presented numerous pictures of Williams dressed in the various pieces of underwear and bras he had stolen, frequently masturbating while lying on the beds of his victims.

Some of the photos presented on the first day of his trial were published in several newspapers. As some newspapers explained, although troubling, the photos were published because they capture the essence of the crimes of Williams and sh

NYPD Cop hits Supreme Court Judge in the throat !

Published on Jun 6, 2012

Justice Thomas Raffaele says he was calling 911 to get help for NYPD officers that were attempting to subdue a suspect when one came over and gave him a swift chop to the throat.

The Judge found himself doubled over gasping for air as the officer walked off laughing according to his friend that was with him.

All to often citizens claim they are assaulted by NYPD officers which falls on deaf ears in court as the officer’s word is almost always taken over the citizen’s.

I wonder how this will play out being that this time the victim of the police brutality is Supreme Court Judge with credibility.

This Supreme Court judge experienced 1st hand the brutality that many innocent bystanders have endured at the hands of NYPD officers that are very angry that the public is waking up to their oppressive and sinister practices.

I believe we should all look out for one another and record all police interaction, this way it will become very easy to weed out the corrupt elements of the NYPD that wish to abuse the authority granted them by the people.

Salinas Police Criticize The Anti-Media, Take to Facebook to Defend Their Killings of Unarmed People

Salinas Police responded to our article about their killing of 4 unarmed people since March. Their comment proceeded to get trolled by our informed readers. –#Barnabas

Cassius Methyl | The Anti Media

Yesterday, The Salinas Police Department tried to post something on their Facebook to promote a positive image of themselves as police departments typically do.

However, that didn’t go as it normally does: the post was instead filled with comments about the fact that they killed 4 people in the last few months.

A person posted an Anti-Media article about the Salinas Police shooting and killing another unarmed man, and the police responded by saying ‘The AntiMedia story is wrong about every important fact.‘

The Salinas Police directed people to view a comment the department’s public information officer wrote on the Anti Media article. Here’s what he said:

fluoride1I responded to them by commenting “ What was factually wrong about it? You won’t release details of your murder of an unarmed man. I’m more than willing to hear out anything you have to say, but I will not necessarily agree with it, and if you do something as wrong as kill a person without even specifying why, I WILL write about it.

What I’m trying to say is, there is no prejudice we have against police. If you commit a crime that would land people without badges in prison for life, it will be exposed to tens of thousands of people, every single time. There would be nothing to write about if there were not injustices taking place.

The fact that you were ‘named by president Obama’ is not a badge of honor- hundreds of innocent people were killed by his orders with drone strikes. It does not matter how much of an ‘anomaly’ this was, it still happened- 4 TIMES in the last few months.

You use the excuse, ‘the DA has to release the info’, as the reason almost no info has been released regarding this shooting. If you work for a corrupt government that will not allow you to release details everyone needs to know, it is your morally wrong choice to follow those orders. In other words: ‘just following orders’, and ‘just standard protocol’ are no excuse. If it is immoral, it is immoral, regardless of authority.

If this never happens again, excellent. We are here to do what we can to ensure this never happens again. Citizens have the right to keep an eye on the police who are supposed to serve them, and that’s why I am here. THESE are checks and balances.

If you would like to help prevent innocent people from being shot by police by letting them know how you feel about it, please visit the Salinas Police Department’s Facebook page here, and comment your opinions on their posts. The Salinas Police’s FAQ about the recent shootings can also be visited here.

Please keep it civil, factual, intelligent, precise, and to the point. Let’s inform these police that we have no hollow reasons to call out these police, and we are doing a necessary and beneficial role in our society by protesting the death of people who did not need to die.

Please share this article with absolutely as many people as possible, especially people who are engaged in opposing police brutality.

You really know the independent media is breaking through when the police respond.

Let’s inform them of the concept that an immoral act is still an immoral act, despite an authority granting people the ability to commit immoral acts with virtually no consequence. Thumbnail credit:

Video: Five young people dead after stabbing rampage at Calgary party
BREAKING: Calgary stabbing suspect is police officer’s son.
(CTV) The son of a senior Calgary police officer has been taken into custody following a stabbing rampage at a house party in Calgary Monday night that left five young people dead.

Calgary police say they were called around 1:30 a.m. MT to a home in the residential neighbourhood of Brentwood, where students had held an all-day party.

Five people were found with stab wounds, all of them in their late teens and early 20s. Paramedics declared three men dead at the scene. Two more victims, a man and a woman, were taken to hospital, but later succumbed to their injuries.
About 30 minutes later, police using canine units tracked a suspect in his 20s who had fled the home.

The suspect was arrested and taken to hospital for treatment of injuries sustained during the police dog pursuit.

While police have not yet released the suspect’s name, CTV Calgary has confirmed the man is the son of a senior officer with the Calgary police. Police say they are not seeking any other suspects.

Police are also not releasing the names of the victims until their next of kin are notified and autopsies are performed.

It remains unclear what led to the violence as neighbours report they heard no commotion during the night. It’s also unclear how the suspect was connected to the victims.

Neighbours say the students who rented the house had been drinking at the home throughout the day without incident to mark the University of Calgary student union’s annual “Bermuda Shorts Day,” which celebrates the last day of classes.

Doug Jones, who lives across the street from the house where the killings took place, says about a dozen students appeared to be having a barbecue in the home’s backyard in the evening.

“It was like a normal gathering; it wasn’t loud, it wasn’t unruly. Around dusk, they moved inside, and then we didn’t really hear anything,” he told CTV News Channel.

“We woke up this morning to yellow tape in the back alley here. I was in shock when the reporters told us what happened.”

The University of Calgary released a statement to say it is awaiting more information.

“The University of Calgary is mourning the loss of five young people killed early this morning in Brentwood.

The identities of the deceased have not yet been confirmed by Calgary Police Services. Once details are confirmed by Calgary Police Services, the university will provide a further statement,” it said.

Dramatic Video of Toronto Police Shooting Mentally Ill Man

Published on Nov 27, 2013

A dramatic video capturing the final moments of Michael Eligon’s life was played Wednesday at an inquest in Toronto into three separate police shootings.

The video, taken by a police cruiser’s dashboard camera, shows Eligon moving toward police on Milverton Boulevard in the east end of the city on Feb. 3, 2012.

Eligon, who was carrying a pair of scissors and wearing a hospital gown when he was shot, had escaped from Toronto East General Hospital that morning where he was being treated for depression. Eligon’s case is one of three police shootings the inquest is investigating.

Const. Scott Walker testified Wednesday that police were looking for Eligon after receiving reports he had stolen a pair of scissors and stabbed someone in the hand.

The video played at the inquest shows Eligon from behind as he walks on Milverton Boulevard toward a group of officers with their guns drawn. Off camera, police can be heard yelling “drop it!”

Walker yells “back up, back up” to his colleagues. Walker testified that Eligon had a “blank stare” and seemed “out of touch with reality.”

As Eligon approaches, one of the officers backs into a parked pickup truck. An officer beside him fires three shots and Eligon crumples to the ground.

At least eight officers on the scene are expected to testify as the inquest

Canadian Police Arrest Man for Photographing Cop Car as Daughter Records Chilling Scene

Published on Nov 29, 2013

A Canadian man receiving a parking citation in downtown Montreal decided to step out of his car and take a picture of the police car.

He ended up getting beat up, handcuffed and arrested.

All while his 17-year-old daughter video recorded the incident.

Now the video is going viral, a disturbing scene of a man screaming in pain as his daughter pleas for his safety, another chilling chapter in the War on Cameras.

According to the Huffington Post: Boder told Huffington Post Quebec he made a brief stop in downtown Montreal earlier this month, parking at Peel St. and de Maisonneuve Blvd. so his daughter could run into a store.

When she returned, a police officer approached the car, issuing an $88 ticket for illegal parking. At that point, Boder stepped out of his car to snap a picture of the police vehicle. And then things took a dramatic turn.

Boder claims the officer started screaming at him, asking “You do not have enough trouble?” “That hurts,” Boder yells in the clip, as he’s pressed up against a wall by a pair of burly officers. His daughter begs, “Let go of my dad!”

Dirk Boder was released an hour later with citations for illegal parking and obstructing traffic.

According to Global News: After watching the video, Sgt. Laurent Gingras of the SPVM admits it doesn’t look good.

But he also insists it doesn’t show the full picture since the public doesn’t see what happens before and after the intervention.

“He was obstructing traffic. That’s why they came to him, not because he was taking pictures,” said Gingras. Boder is most upset about the fact that police took off with him, leaving his daughter stranded on the street in the dark.

She even tried to call 9-1-1 to find out where her father was taken, but says they hung up on her twice.

Police eventually brought him back to the scene to meet up with his daughter close to an hour later.

The carpenter was forced to take a few days off work, after suffering minor injuries to his hands.

He feels humiliated about the incident and says his daughter has been crying constantly ever since.

Ottawa Police punch and choke drunk man Canada Day 2010

Uploaded on Oct 13, 2011

Ottawa police struggle to arrest a man on Canada Day 2010. The man appears to be resisting but is not combative.

Police use punches to the face and choke hold to subdue him.

Police will justify punches and knee strikes by saying they are to “distract” a person who will not submit to being put into handcuffs.

Why not take a bit of time with this guy instead of smashing him in the face?

Why aren’t police trained to deescalate? Instead they go straight to physical force. Happy Canada Day!
