The Canadian Pacific Holiday Train passed through our area last night so I took the drone and got some video of it.
This was filmed near Fayette, OH on 12-2-15 at about 11:00 P.M. Most of it with a DJI Phanrom 3 Advanced.

THUNDER BAY – Warm weather brought out a huge crowd to the 2015 Canadian Pacific Holiday Train tonight in Thunder Bay. The kids of all ages were gathered to greet Holiday Train veteran and award-winning country singer Kelly Prescott with Devin Cuddy and CP’s famed Holiday Train band.
The train rolled into the CP Station at Syndicate Avenue in the Fort William Business District right on time.
There was a huge $13,000 cheque presented to the RFDA that will help to make a big difference in the lives of many people through the holiday season.
Thunder Bay City Council was represented by Councillor Shelby Ch’ng who helped the RFDA in receiving the cheque.

The Canadian Pacific’s Holiday Train stops in Hartland, Wisconsin, USA on Sunday, December 7th, 2014. The train is decorated with holiday lights. A box-car opens and and there is a concert with music by female vocalist KIRA ISABELLA and male a cappella quintet, HOME FREE.
On Wednesday, December 17 at 7:30 pm the CP Holiday Train made a stop in Maple Ridge, BC. The turnout this year was one of the largest ever. Here’s a video of the stop including a wonderful performance from Jim Cuddy, a national musical treasure.
Thank you to our community for your support of the Friends In Need Food Bank! A special thanks to the folks at Canadian Pacific for this wonderful Christmas tradition. Preliminary estimates are that the stop in Maple Ridge raised close to $17,000 in cash donations and over 3000 pounds of food.Over in Pitt Meadows they raised just over $13,000 in cash and a bit over 3400 pounds of food donations.
This represents close to $30,000 in cash and three tons of food donations making this the biggest ever day for donations from the Holiday Train! Well done neighbors.
This is the second time that the CP Holiday Train has stopped to perform for the residents of Dubreuilville, at the Franz railway crossing, just north of the town.
All of this was in a wind chill of about -10 degrees.

The Canadian Pacific Holiday Train came to La Crescent, MN on December 10, 2013. The train travels through Canada and the U.S. helping to raise money for local food pantries. It was a cold but wonderful evening as the CLAYtTONES rocked La Crescent and kept everyone warm with their fantastic performance. Santa Claus was there too!
